Yogurt and Fruit Pops

Who doesn’t like a good Popsicle on a hot summer day?

I wanted to make a healthier version than so many I’ve seen lately.

These are crazy simple.

I always keep frozen Strawberries in my freezer (I’m a smoothie junkie).

I place about 8 of them into my blender. Then add in 1 single serving of my favorite Yogurt and 1/2 cup Milk and give it a good whorl.

Pour them into a pop maker mold and freeze. Could that be any easier?

If you don’t have a popsicle mold, just get some small plastic cups. They should be by the disposable bathroom cups in your market. You will also need some craft sticks.

This is not a large recipe. I get enough for 5-6 pops when I make them.

But Ooh are they good! And good for you too!

My Kickstarter Book campaign is still running! I’m trying to raise funds to publish my first book!

It’s a children’s book about a girl who finds a tiny mermaid inside of a shell.  The book has an included knitting and sewing pattern to make a Mermaid Doll!

My Kickstarter project only runs for one month (until 8/25/14) so don’t wait. I have some cool rewards for my backers!

I’ve also posted the patterns on Ravelry. All proceeds from the pattern sales will go towards my printing too! You will get both patterns delivered to you as and immediate PDF download!
