Here’s a delicious quick recipe for Roasted Brussel Sprouts.
Sadly I am seldom able to find any fresh Brussel Sprouts, so I’ve had to make do with frozen. But this is still a great side dish with any meal.
Simply toss the spouts in a bowl with some sliced Onions. Add salt and pepper, 2 cloves of Garlic and a drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar. Coat them with Olive Oil and spread out on a shallow roasting pan. Top with a handful (or 2) of Feta Cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Add another drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar just before serving.
